REGISTRATION / TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS OF SERVICE
ACSS9 Annual Cyber Security Summit · 12–14 November 2026 · Vinpearl Hotel, Phu Quoc, Vietnam
By completing registration you accept the terms below. Please read them before you register.
1. These terms
ACSS9, the Annual Cyber Security Summit, is organised by CGD Group ("the organiser", "we", "us"). These terms apply between the organiser and every person who registers to attend ("the delegate", "you").
Completing a registration means you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to bring these terms to their attention.
2. Registration and admission
A registration is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing. We may decline or withdraw a registration at our discretion, and we may refuse admission to, or remove from the venue, anyone whose conduct we reasonably consider disruptive, unsafe or offensive to other attendees.
Delegate passes are personal to the named delegate. If you cannot attend, contact us before the event and we will try to transfer your place to a colleague.
3. Photography, filming and recording
The summit is photographed and filmed throughout, including sessions, the booth floor, meals and social events. By attending, you agree that you may be captured in those photographs, video and audio recordings, and you grant the organiser an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that material without further approval or payment.
We may use it to promote ACSS9 and future CGD Group events, including on our website, social media channels, video platforms, printed material and press coverage.
If you would prefer not to appear in our material, tell a member of the event team on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee exclusion from wide shots of the room, from a live broadcast, or from material captured by other attendees, sponsors or the press.
Delegates may take photographs for personal and professional use. Recording a session in full, and any commercial use of material captured at the summit, requires our written permission. Speakers may ask for a particular session not to be recorded, and we ask you to respect that.
4. Marketing communications
We will use the contact details you supply to administer your registration and to send you information about ACSS9. With your consent we will also send you news about future CGD Group events. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us at the address in clause 11.
Sponsors and partners exhibit at the summit and may collect your details directly, for example when you visit a booth or scan a pass. Anything you share with them is handled under their own privacy terms, not ours.
5. Travel, visas and insurance
Unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for your own travel to and from Phu Quoc, Vietnam, and for all costs associated with it.
- Entry requirements. Checking and meeting Vietnam's entry, visa and passport-validity requirements for your nationality is your responsibility. Requirements change; confirm them with the relevant Vietnamese authority or your embassy before booking. We cannot advise on immigration matters, and we are not liable if you are refused a visa or refused entry.
- Insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical treatment, repatriation and personal belongings. We do not provide insurance of any kind for delegates.
- Health. Any vaccination, medication or health precaution for travel to Vietnam is a matter for you and your doctor.
- Bookings. Flights, transfers and any accommodation not expressly included in your registration are booked at your own risk and expense.
We accept no responsibility or liability for any aspect of your journey, including delay, cancellation, missed connections, denied boarding, loss or damage to luggage, or any cost arising from them.
6. At the venue
While at the venue you must follow the instructions of the organiser, the venue operator and their staff, along with all applicable Vietnamese law and local regulation.
Your personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times. Neither the organiser nor the venue accepts liability for property that is lost, stolen or damaged.
Some parts of the programme take place away from the hotel and may involve travel by road or water. Attendance at those activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
7. Changes to the programme
The published programme is provisional. We may change the agenda, speakers, session topics, timings, venue or format at any time, and a speaker or partner appearing in our material is not a guarantee that they will appear at the event. Changes of this kind do not entitle you to a refund.
8. Cancellation and postponement
If we cancel or postpone the summit, we will tell registered delegates as soon as we can and set out the options then available to you. Our liability in that situation is limited as described in clause 10, and in particular we are not responsible for travel or accommodation you have booked independently.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, severe weather, epidemic, public health restriction, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial action, or the act of any government or authority.
Delegate cancellations: please contact us at the address in clause 11 as early as possible.
9. Your personal data
We collect the details you provide at registration in order to run the summit, to manage your attendance and to communicate with you about it. We keep them only as long as we need them, and we do not sell them.
Where we share your details with a partner or sponsor, we will make that clear at the point we collect them. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us at the address in clause 11.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, the organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, arising from your attendance at or registration for the summit. Our total liability to you will not exceed the registration fee we have actually received from you.
Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and partners are their own. Nothing presented at the summit is professional, security or legal advice, and we give no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any content presented.
